Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil for air fryer
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, milk, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
2️⃣ Shape the meatballs
Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into 1½-inch meatballs. Place them on a tray. Chill for 15 minutes to help them hold their shape (optional).
3️⃣ Preheat and prepare the air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly grease the basket with cooking spray or oil.
4️⃣ Cook the meatballs
Arrange the meatballs in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping halfway through. Check for doneness—the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
5️⃣ Serve and enjoy
Transfer to a plate, garnish with fresh parsley or Parmesan, and serve with marinara sauce, pasta, or your favorite sides.
Notes
Pro oh là là tip: For extra crispy meatballs, lightly brush them with oil before air frying. This helps achieve a golden-brown exterior while keeping the inside juicy!
