Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the boba
Boil water in a pot, add the tapioca pearls, and cook for 5–10 minutes until soft. Drain, rinse under cold water, and mix with honey to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Blend the smoothies
In a blender, combine ingredients for one smoothie flavor. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Repeat for the other flavors.

3️⃣ Assemble the drinks
Divide the cooked boba pearls evenly among three glasses. Pour each blended smoothie over the pearls, leaving room at the top. Stir lightly to distribute.

4️⃣ Garnish and serve
Top with fresh fruit slices, mint leaves, or coconut flakes for a beautiful finish. Insert wide boba straws, give it a quick stir, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Pro oh là là tip: soak cooked boba in honey for a few extra minutes for extra sweetness and a chewier texture.
