Description

This cookie butter latte is rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cookie crumbles for a picture-perfect finish.


Ingredients

½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso

¾ cup milk of choice

1 ½ tbsp cookie butter

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

1 tsp caramel sauce, for drizzle (optional)

1 tbsp crushed cookie crumbs, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1️⃣ Brew the coffee
Prepare ½ cup of strong coffee or pull 1 shot of espresso. Set aside.

2️⃣ Melt the cookie butter
In a small saucepan, heat 1 ½ tbsp cookie butter with a splash of milk over low heat until smooth. Stir well.

3️⃣ Froth the milk
Add the rest of the milk to the pan and warm gently. Froth using a frother or whisk until foamy.

4️⃣ Assemble the latte
Pour the coffee into a mug, then slowly add the cookie butter-infused milk, spooning foam on top.

5️⃣ Add the finishing touches
Top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle crushed cookies for extra indulgence.
