Ingredients
- 2 large green apples, cored and chopped
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients
Wash all produce. Core and chop the apples, slice the cucumber, and peel and slice the ginger. Squeeze the lemon juice and remove seeds.
2️⃣ Blend until smooth
In a blender, combine apples, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, and water. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
3️⃣ Strain the juice (optional)
For a smoother drink, pour through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Skip this step for a fiber-rich juice.
4️⃣ Adjust and enhance
Taste and adjust as needed. Add a teaspoon of honey for sweetness or stir in fresh mint for extra freshness.
5️⃣ Serve and enjoy
Pour over ice and garnish with mint leaves or apple slices. Drink immediately for the best flavor and nutrients.
