Pineapple ginger juice

  • Author: Chef Kai
  • Total Time: 10–40 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings (about 4 cups) 1x

Description

This refreshing pineapple ginger juice is packed with tropical sweetness and a spicy kick. It’s hydrating, digestion-friendly, and perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Pineapple slices or mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the ingredients
Cut the pineapple into chunks and slice the ginger thinly for easy blending. If using honey or lemon juice, measure them out.

2️⃣ Blend until smooth
Add pineapple, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth.

3️⃣ Strain for a silky texture (optional)
For a smoother juice, pour through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Skip this step if you prefer a thicker juice with fiber.

4️⃣ Adjust sweetness and chill
Taste and adjust with honey or lemon juice if needed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.

5️⃣ Serve and enjoy
Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple slices or mint leaves, and sip away!

Notes

Pro oh là là tip: for a cooling summer twist, freeze the juice into ice cubes or popsicles for a fun, refreshing treat!
