Description

A creamy, antioxidant-packed strawberry blueberry banana smoothie that’s as delicious as it is nutritious. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a refreshing snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional, for protein & omega-3s)
  • ½ teaspoon beet powder or turmeric (optional, for an extra nutrient boost)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional, for texture and flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon granola (optional, for a crunchy topping)
  • Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Blend the base
Add the milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to a blender to ensure a smooth consistency.

2️⃣ Add the fruit and boosts
Toss in the frozen strawberries, blueberries, banana, and any optional superfood boosts like hemp seeds, beet powder, or turmeric. If using honey, add it now.

3️⃣ Blend until smooth
Start on low, gradually increasing to high. Blend for about 45–60 seconds until thick and creamy. Adjust with more milk for a thinner smoothie or extra frozen fruit for a thicker texture.

4️⃣ Serve and enjoy
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of granola for crunch. Serve immediately!

Notes

Pro oh là là tip: for a tropical twist, swap half the milk with coconut water or add a splash of orange juice for a citrusy zing.
